Elmcroft of Lorain

I'm going to give it a 4 because it was just so darn cute. Aesthetically pleasing which is very good for mental health. East and South wings had adorable rooms...both single and double units. Beautiful lobby and hallways. Some great gals working there, very caring people and Eric the maintenance mgr very nice. My only dislike was the food and the dining area but I give them 3 stars anyway. I only had one visit...review subject to change

I recently had the opportunity to visit Lorain Estates for a loved one. It is a beautiful facility that allow the residents to feel like they can maintain a sense of home and personalization to their space. They have many activities for the residents and everyone looked like they were happy and well cared for.

The Director Tyler is wonderful, He is kind and caring. Wonderful nurses and the entire personnel are very kind and caring. The residence are also very welcoming. I enjoyed the catering food there even when I popped in to see some people I knew from the past they gave me a little snack. I thought it was really kind. They also have this cool little bus that the residence used to go places. You can set up an appointment to go visit and have a tour.

The nursing team at Lorain estates is so knowledgeable. You can see the love they have for their residents in every interaction. Wonderful place!
