East Village Place

My mom moved into East Village Place October 1st , 2025; she was reluctant to stay, at first. Over the weeks, she made friends and enjoyed many different activities. The staff and residents are so friendly and supportive. When I come for my visits, I enjoy having conversations with many of the residents that I become familiar with as well as the staff members. I can’t say enough about the way the staff relates with residents; they are genuinely interested in their needs and care about each and every person. Mom is at home, and that makes us all very happy.

East Village Place is a small, well managed assisted living and memory care facility. The residence is very clean, well lit and kept, with court yards, a library and daily activities. Resident's meals are generous in proportion, well made and choices are offered. Dietary needs and eating abilities are well tended to. But it's the staff that sets it apart. Many CNA's make their careers there. They are compassionate and work hard to make a resident's day as engaged as possible. Moving a loved one from their home is stressful, requiring much thought. Our mother spent her final 19 months at East Village Place. She lived in community, her daily needs were compassionately tended to, she heard concerts, attended mass and prayer services, was read to and even lunched out once a month. At East Village, your family member will be lovingly cared for in a dignified and engaging home.

East Village Place is a wonderful community. My aunt was a resident at East Village and just loved it. The entire staff is welcoming, caring, engaged and kind. She found the food to be excellent and enjoyed the variety of options that were available at each meal. She always felt safe and referred to the team at East Village as her 2nd family. I’m so appreciative to the East Village Team.

East Village Place you saved my life! EVP was the best place for mom. Everyone there is so kind and welcoming. The staff is special. You can tell they care about their residents, and each other. The energy is good! I felt tremendous peace knowing I had a team like them helping me care for my mom in her golden age. Much love and gratitude!
