East Park Memory Care Facility

BEWARE. NOT SAFE.

My mom has been in memory care since June . There have been and are still bumps in the road . But seems it is always the same staff members that are the issue . Admissions was a nightmare and I got alot of misinformation, such as what is provided and what isn't . Whoever the housekeeper is ,is terrible ,rarely comes and does a horrible job when he does . I have to clean it myself . Also ,still waiting on a key . I have called many many times to complain and left voicemails and non one ever calls back . A few staff members that are amazing are STNA Abby, Anthony and Asia , aids Brandon or Brendaun(spelling ) and Jennifer . Activy girl Kylie and a couple others who I'm not sure what their names are . The others shouldn't be employed ,they are lazy and clearly don't give a crap about these people . Compared to other homes I have dealt with East park memory care is definitely better ! With a few adjustments it would get 5 stars . Considering this is her home now ,I wish they would make that extra effort and make some simple changes and upgrades and this place would be a dream.

I Have been here for two months now I like my room and the staff has been very welcoming the food is good the aides are very helpful and efficient Activities staff are very engaging and enjoys assisting residents the secretary is very attentive to assisting residents with making appointments the staff engages you in conversation housekeeping and laundry works timely and efficiently
