This is the worst place to put your family or loved ones… if there was a way to do negative stars I would… I had a family member in the center for almost 2 years and in the last 17 months of the stay my family member lost almost 30 lbs which resulted in malnutrition and a bed sore due to the lack of knowledge of proper wheelchair pad placement or even notifying family of the weight loss… complete disregard to common sense…… I questioned the nursing staff of her current weight after the wound Dr stated malnutrition and proper placement of the chair cushion, they didn’t even have her current weight let alone any recorded weight on her records. When records were requested by her POA over 30 days ago they still have yet to provide any. I have since moved her into another place and she has put on 10 lbs in 1 week… so if you love and care for your elders please choose another place or they might do the same thing to them…

I am very concerned about this facility. I have witnessed a "mean girl (bullying)" behavior against a particular resident. It's shameful. When I confronted the director, she blew smoke up my ars making her excuses. I will confess the resident I'm speaking of is difficult. I am a CNA and have been trauma trained, and the staff at Dorian should be as well. Please dont send your loved ones to this place. No one deserves this.
