I can’t say enough about Denise Bonugli. She brings out the best in everyone. Her disposition and her smile is contagious. She is a great asset to this establishment. Happy to see her at the front desk every time I walk in. She’s the best. 👍👏

My mom has lived here since the fall. There is one particular employee that I cannot say enough good things about. Denise Bonugli, is the key concierge at Aviva, and she is the lifeblood of the place. Her warmth, energy, incredible worth ethic and ability to manage any situation that comes across her desk is nothing short of extraordinary. My family looks forward to seeing her smiling face each time we arrive for a visit. She is truly a gift to the community and all of the families and residents and we are all so lucky to have her!

Denise Bonugh-key concierge has been exceptional caring for my in-laws. It was not an easy transition for them but Denise helped not only them but the entire family thru the whole process. She is kind, friendly and always happy to help. Denise is the heart of Aviva and we couldn’t manage all my in-laws needs without her. I want to give a huge shout out to Denise for always being there when we need her.

We went for a tour today. Denise Bonugli showed us around the community. She was very impressive! She knows the residents, and their family members, all by name. Many of whom, stopped us during the tour to greet her and even give her hugs. Within a matter of five minutes, while we waited to tour, we observed Denise take genuine interest in someone calling to find out more about Aviva, help a current resident who walked by, address a maintenance issue in a resident room, and provide assistance to several directors, all the while with a smile and grace. Our impression of Aviva started and ended with Denise - what an exceptional lady!

I do presentations at various senior living communities. Denise Bonugli is the GOAT of all concierges. And then of course there's Ashley Doten, empathetic, organized, trustworthy...
