I was admitted here for rehab. It’s been a good experience. The staff is wonderful kind and efficient. My only complaint is the food is not very good But other than that it’s a good place. PT is excellent

Felt I had to be there constantly. Memory care unit was dirty and twice my fathers catheter was blocked and staff did not notice. When asked to check it it took 5 hours because they were busy! Would not recommend!,

Wonderful staff.CLEAN, inviting atmosphere. PT workers are caring great people who have worked with me daily towards my endurance goals. Have nothing negative to say about Community Skilled Care. If you or a family member need a place of special care , I highly recommend you call them.
