My friend is here, has been for a few years.....fabulous care & staff!! Couldn ask for a better place..love it!!!

I was looking for skilled nursing facilities for my father. I went in Monday around noon and got a tour. The lady Said she would call me back that day, . It is almost 230 on Wednesday and the only reason she called me back today. Was because I called and complained about not getting any information that I asked for she told me that she had to take her daughter to the hospital and she was out of the office for a couple days Which I am sorry to hear that, but You can’t tell me that she’s the only one on her team she could’ve had somebody Else call me back and tell me that they didn’t have any room rooms available It doesn’t see that complicated. The overall experience was very bad

It is difficult to express my full gratitude to everyone at Chapel Hill for what they did for my mother and our family. I never had to worry about her as I know she was in loving hands. For a family, that is a gift. Please share my thoughts with everyone who watched over mom and made her comfortable.

The team at Chapel Hill is caring and very responsive to their residents needs.
