I set up an appointment with Eva to tour the house. When I got there with my disabled loved one, Eva was not there, and the staff knew nothing about my appointment. They gave us a tour anyway and promised Eva would call. She never did.

Cessa Bella refuses to give us any money back. They want 3,000$ for an 11 day stay. Our Mom died. Hospice came in and bathed Mom and took care of 90% of her needs. Cindy the owner, states "industry standard to keep the money" They did not earn it and are robbing our dead Mom. Shame on her. Cannot recommend this place at all. The care seemed ok, but as Hospice did most of it, she is wrong.
