Do not send you family here if you love them food is served cold no Clean linen hallways cluttered not enough staff to care for your family.I would not send my cat or dog to live there. Equipment doesnāt work itās a mess there and if you love your family I would stay far away from any carecore facility.

I believe the main staff who are on the floor caring for their residents are doing their best. But whoever is calling the shots on staffing should be fired. Why are there only 2 staff members caring for 40 residents on 1 floor? My mother waits for HOURS to be helped. I've seen their agency hires yell at people, I've found her catheter on the floor FOUR times, I clipped her nails TWO WEEKS AGO and there are STILL clippings on the floor. Healthcare is hard enough as it is. Whatever you THINK looks good on paper is causing neglect. FIX IT AT THE TOP because the bottom is the only thing redeemable here

CareCore Margaret Hall is a complete dumpster fire from administration all the way down to the receptionists the nursing staff was terrible. My wife was suppose to be there to rehab which was on the 3rd floor but they had her on the 2nd floor which is for long term care. They would leave her soiled for hours @ a time. She had bed sores, skin break downs the whole 9. And where they had her room @ was a complete dead zone meaning no nurses no aides no nothing and no nurses was ever where they were supposed to be so I had to go search for them. And they were very very rude never enough staff they didn't even bathe her she was there for 3 months (which was way way to long) and they only given her one shower the whole time. They didn't clean her properly most times I had to go behind them and clean her. They let her fall out the bed. This place is horrible and needs to be shut down immediately or in the words of the big homie T.I. they need to be shut down expeditiously š”š”š”š”š”š”š” like right now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If u have a loved one there get them out now!!!!!!!!!!!!

My mom recently passed away after a long battle with cancer. The administration and staff at Margaret Hall truly treated her like family. They allowed us to turn the library into a beautiful dining room for mom's last Thanksgiving and we spent her last Christmas in her sunny room, around her full size christmas tree. When I came to clean out her room, even the housekeeping person stopped and gave me a hug before she emptied the trash. We will be forever grateful for the level of care and compassion our entire family received from the staff.

This place is a DUMP. CareCore took over and now they run on a skeleton staff. Meals to diabetics are late. The staff is overworked. It is old and rundown and dirty. Oh, and someone will definitely go through your belongings and STEAL YOUR CREDIT CARDS!! *edited to add: the entire kitchen staff WALKED OUT on Thanksgiving Day. Do NOT send your loved one here.
