Thrilled to work with the team at Brookdale Springdale! Thank you for caring so deeply for our residents!

I've been so impressed by the staff here. The Executive Director truly cares and while it might not be the newest building, it is clean, and like someone said, a pool/putting green/etc. aren't going to take care of someone, but a great staff will. There are no stairs and it's a smaller community so everyone is on the same floor as the the aides and nurses, so no neglect.

When my mother came into the facility she had a sour attitude and they couldn't seem to get through to her. I told them that her "love language" was sarcasm and joking. A couple of the staff started joking with her and she popped out of her shell and almost immediately felt at home. It was amazing what happened when they started speaking her "language". She settled in more easily and felt comfortable. I know this isn't exactly what someone might be looking for, but they met her where she needed to be met, and to me, that means the world : )

Debra Saul, manager at Brookdale Springdale, is a gem. She helped me navigate the world of assisted living with grace and patience. I would recommend her expertise to anyone. Thank you again, Deb, for your kindness!
