Brookdale Greenville

Vince has been so helpful in the process of moving my family member into this community. This is a beautiful community with amazing staff and amenities. We are so happy to join this wonderful family. Everyone is so nice, the building is clean. So thankful for the peace of mind Brookdale Greenville provides

Brookdale Greenville is an exceptional memory care and Assisted Living facility. It is very clean and home like and I would not hesitate to put a loved one there.

We have had a terrible experience at Brookdale Greenville. Last week our mother was yelled at and physically hurt by a couple of the caregivers. The Health and Wellness Director they report to defended them as “only trying to help”. Upper management dismissed everything as a misunderstanding. This company only cares about making money (they raised our rates by 13% last year); they care nothing about the people who they are supposed to be caring for.

Mom has a nice apartment. She enjoys the staff. She plays the piano on occasion. She is dressed nicely. They allowed me to put a bird feeder in front of her window; she really likes to watch the birds. She participates in some of their many activities. There is a nice front porch to sit out on and an enclosed courtyard. She enjoys it when pets visit.

My mom has been at Brookdale of Greenville for approximately 4 years . We find the staff to be very caring not only to the resident but their families also. My mom's favorite activity is the Wednesday country drives.
