The receptionists at this place are rude and useless. They refused to take a food delivery because the resident is not able to come down to retrieve it. All other places will gladly accept the delivery and have staffs to bring it to the residents front door.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We strive to provide a welcoming and helpful experience for everyone who visits our community. While delivery drivers are generally expected to bring orders directly to residents or coordinate with the resident for delivery, our concierge must remain at the front desk to assist residents and visitors and cannot routinely leave that post. We have reviewed this situation with our team and will continue working to ensure deliveries are handled as smoothly as possible.
