I moved my mother to Bridgewood Rivers in Roseburg from Grants Pass in September 2024, and I haven’t seen her this happy in years. The staff is incredibly loving, caring, and compassionate. They make sure she is treated with the utmost respect and warmth. She’s made friends, is socializing more than ever, and that peace of mind means everything to me. Knowing she’s not lonely—and seeing her smile every time I visit—brings me such comfort. I truly can’t thank the staff enough for the loving care they provide to my mother.

Our father spent his final chapter at Bridgewood Rivers Assisted Living and we are incredibly grateful for the compassion, dignity and genuine care he received during his time there. From the moment he arrived, the staff made him feel at home and treated him with warmth and respect. The team went above and beyond to ensure not only his comfort but also our peace of mind as a family. Communication was excellent, and every staff member—from the caregivers to the administrative team—demonstrated professionalism and kindness. It was clear they truly cared about his well-being. Losing a loved one is never easy, but knowing he was surrounded by such a caring and supportive environment brought us great comfort. We can’t thank the Bridgewood Rivers team enough for the difference they made in his life—and ours.
