Bridges in Westford is taking wonderful care of my aunt. She is really thriving and is the happiest I have seen her in a very long time. The staff and grounds are amazing. When I asked my children what they wanted to do on thier first day of summer vacation, they said emphatically "to visit their aunt at Bridges!"

Bridges by Epoch in Westford has been wonderful for my husband and I during this challenging journey. With an amazing caregiver support group and many social events, for us as a couple. Everyone is so carring and kind! We feel special with every interaction here.

Bridges Epoch in Westford has a special place in my heart. The staff are exceptional in their care towards the residents and makes everyone feel seen, cared for, and valued. The moment you walk through the door, you are met with a friendly face, a positive atmosphere, and a clean, cozy, and comfortable environment that truly feels like home. Staff continually make sure to meet the residents where they are at and are attuned to each individual’s unique needs. In addition, staff continually demonstrate strong and professional work ethics and skills in being educated in their roles in order to provide the best quality care.
