The community features four distinctive households with homelike common spaces and emphasizes a person-centered approach with individualized support and life-enrichment programs.

As a Certified Care Manager and someone who has worked with older adults and their families for more than two decades, I've had the pleasure of collaborating with the Bridges by EPOCH at Andover team on numerous occasions. Their commitment to supporting individuals living with dementia, and the families who love them, is evident in everything they do. Beyond providing exceptional memory care, the team is an incredible community resource. Their educational programs, caregiver support, and willingness to collaborate with other aging services professionals demonstrate a genuine dedication to improving the lives of those affected by dementia. They understand that dementia impacts the entire family, and they consistently approach every interaction with compassion, expertise, and respect. Bridges by EPOCH Andover was generous enough to share their space recently to host a professional development event. The community was warm, welcoming, exceptionally clean, and beautifully maintained. The food was excellent, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and professional. They did an outstanding job creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for the attendees. Thank you for your hospitality EPOCH!
