My mother and sister reside at Bonaventure. The care staff does a wonderful job. My mother just turned 103 yrs old and requires a lot of assistance. She is very well taken care of..I have piece of mind that they are safe and checked on. Thank you Bonaventure .sincerely, Lisa Rhoten

Bonaventure accommodated us when we needed to move Mom quickly to Assisted living! They did a fast turnaround on an apartment to make this happen for us. The Staff was understanding and compassionate. I know Mom is being well cared for and the caregivers were patient and kind. thank you Bonaventure during this difficult time.

Nice secure facilities with caring staffs and plenty of activities to keep the tenants occupied. Meal choice and food services are excellent.

Recent experience with Bonaventure of Medford. During the prior week, a resident’s care plan was not consistently followed, including missed hygiene support and lack of nighttime assistance. As recently as last night, no one came to help with a required CPAP machine. In that same week, another resident entered the room and physically grabbed her, raising serious safety concerns. This is being addressed through formal channels, but it’s important to ask how care plans and resident safety are actually managed day to day.
