I have lived in independent living for 10 years and enjoy it very much. My apartment is small but just the right size for me. I have made lots of friends, including both new and former staff. I like that I do not have a home to worry about or have my children watch over it when I travel. I enjoy the activities and the crafts. I do not have to do dishes or cook my own meals. They provide transportation to doctor appointments and shopping trips. We go on day trips to different places and experience all kinds of fun stuff. I would recommend coming to check out Bonaventure of Albany if you are looking.

Our mother has spent the last year at Bonaventure of Albany Senior Living Facility. We recently moved her out to be closer’s to family, friends, doctors, etc. It was a very difficult decision to leave Bonaventure as Mom had grown to love the staff and her new friends. We can’t say enough about how pleased the entire family has been with the Bonaventure experience. They have a very professional, kind, and compassionate staff who works hard to create a welcoming atmosphere. Plenty of planned activities, events, and celebrations to engage the residents. Special “shot-out” to the Executive Director, Sky. Her strong leadership skills, kind heart, and hard work have served her well as she has created a very positive and comfortable living environment. A wonderful place for your loved one. Personable staff, unmatched amenities and great care. I don't think there is a memory care in the Albany/Corvallis area that beats what Bonaventure of Albany has.
