420 sq ft. Studio lifestyle with combined living bedroom area, full bathroom and kitchenette. Residents control their own heating and cooling. Large double closet. Kitchenettes come with microwave and mini fridge.
Blue Parakeet Suite
520 sq ft. Medium sized apartment with studio design, full private bathroom, kitchenette, and individual PTAC units for temperature control. Half have spacious private walk out patios.
Blue Jay Suite
720 sq ft. Largest suite with separate bedroom, additional coat closet, spacious handicap accessible bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchenette with minifridge and microwave. Residents control heating with separate controls for living room and bedroom. Some feature private walk out patio.
Grandmas Farmhouse
Simplified studio rooms for memory care wing residents. Secured unit with padded vinyl floors, spacious handicap accessible bathroom, single closet, kitchenette, large window, and temperature control.

I would love to speak with the owners and see if they know, or CARE, what really goes on within their facility. If they wonder why their turnover is so high or their staff are so stressed.

Both the London and the Marysville location are terrible facilities. Super expensive and the aides are not trained properly. For the price you pay this place should have highly experienced staff. The owner only cares about what goes in his pockets. He is a good actor and if he fools you like he did me then all you can do now is tell the next person you know not to make the same mistake as you did by putting their precious mom and dad in here to be left with poor care. I could have paid a professional in home caregiver for cheaper than this place and the care would have been better. A lot of complaints at the London location as well. Both facilities need better caregivers and professional staff. And definitely more training. Be careful people and keep a close eye on what’s happening behind the scenes.
