Benchmark Senior Living at Woburn

My 85-year-old mother recently moved to Benchmark Senior Living at Woburn, and the entire process has been extremely positive. Working with Jamie as the Community Relations Director has been wonderful - she is extremely helpful and always responsive to the myriad questions that have come up during the transition and into my mother's stay. Dana has been extremely helpful as the Executive Director in both expediting and facilitating solutions to care concerns and logistical hurdles we had for my mother; at every point, he has inspired confidence. While my mother initially felt trepidation, her progress has been swift, and she continues to derive significant value (and fun!) from being at Benchmark Woburn. As a physician, my firsthand experience with assisted living and other facilities has always been limited, but I have been pleasantly surprised by the care and attention to detail at Benchmark, which reassures me that my mother is in the right place. My mother has found the staff warm, attentive, and responsive, and she is settling in beautifully. It has been wonderful to see her doing well, becoming more comfortable, and enjoying her new community. We’re very grateful to the team at Benchmark Woburn for helping make this transition such a positive one.

What a relief for my sisters and I to know that our parents are loved and well cared for in this engaging assisted living and mind & memory care community. From the Executive Director to the Custodial staff, my parents have been treated with respect, dignity, and great kindnesses. What an amazing team they have built here at the Woburn Benchmark Community. All associates are cheerful, truly want to be here, and genuinely care about the residents. Issues or challenges are met with transparency, and are resolved quickly. The building is clean, and the grounds are meticulously maintained. Seven days a week engaging activities are provided. Weekly outings are offered, and performers fill the first floor common areas with music. We are so thankful that our parents can live at Benchmark!

When my relative was released from rehab, we were given a list of senior care facilities. Our first visit was to Benchmark and after touring the facility and seeing all the smiling faces on the residents and staff, we fell in love with the overall vibe and knew it would be hard to beat so we immediately called off the search. It has been over two months now and she is thriving! Although typically a shy person, she has been making new friends, attending many of the activities and enjoying the excellent meals. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for exception care in a welcoming community!

Finding an assisted living home for a loved one can be very daunting. Benchmark in Woburn made the process smooth.
