I've visited Beehive Homes several times over many years and have always found this to be one of the best Assisted Living/memory care facilities in the valley. It is always clean, the residents appear happy and well-cared for, and the food is cooked in-house and looks delicious. There are creative activities daily and fun events throughout the year to engage with the community. Cynthia Bailey and her staff are dedicated to the residents and treat them like family. I highly recommend Beehive Homes Henderson anytime anyone asks me for a reference for an Assisted Living Facility.

Beehive Homes of Henderson is truly exceptional. They provide outstanding services with a compassionate and caring staff, and the facility itself is beautiful. The level of care and attention they give to each resident is remarkable. I would confidently choose Beehive Homes of Henderson for my own family, as no other place offers the same quality of care and engaging activities.

We just moved my dad in about a month ago. He came from a bigger facility and we have found Beehive to be a wonderful and welcome change. The service is more personal and there isn’t so much staff that you don’t know who is around your loved one. The staff has been wonderful with my dad, often going above and beyond and helping us to coordinate his schedule and his care. Monica, the house manager, is so personable, empathetic and very caring towards the residents. A few of the staff members that I interact with regularly, Tee, Kathy and Kiki, also go above and beyond to see to it that my dad’s needs are met. The director, Cynthia, was helpful in getting my dad transitioned into the home from a rehab facility and provided us with information throughout this transition that we were not aware of. She responded to calls and texts immediately during this stressful time and we appreciate her. The kitchen staff is also kind and helpful. My dad is a picky eater and they will often heat up food that we bring for him…..which is something they don’t have to do. Lastly, I have seen multiple staff members rolling up their sleeves and doing what needs to be done whether or not it falls under their particular job description. Specifically, I have seen both Monica and Cynthia supporting kitchen staff, which I think speaks volumes. If you’re looking for a place for a parent or loved one, I recommend Beehive!

My mom has been a resident at Beehive Homes of Henderson for the past 2.5 years, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care she has received. The facility is always clean and smells fresh—something that immediately set it apart from others we toured. In another facility, I didn't know who was caring for mom on any given day. At The Beehive, I know all the staff and they are genuinely caring and attentive, treating each resident with respect and kindness. What really stands out is how the management team takes the time to truly get to know each resident, connecting with them on a personal level and making them feel seen and valued. We were watching tv one day and a travel ad for Maui came on. I asked Mom, "should we go to Maui?" and she replied, "No, I want to stay here where I belong." It brings me peace of mind knowing my mom is in such good hands. I highly recommend Beehive Homes of Henderson to anyone looking for compassionate, quality memory care for their loved one.

Beehive Homes of Henderson took such great care of my sister. The staff is so kind, loving, and attentive to their residents. They address concerns immediately and truly care about giving their residents the best care possible. The home is always clean and inviting. We are so happy we chose Beehive Homes to care for our sister. They treated her with dignity and respect and they were tender and loving up until her last day on earth. Thank you for making such a difficult time for our family a little less heavy and for giving our sister the best care possible.
