From the moment the decision was made to transition my aunt to assisted care, Avamere at Cascadia made the process smooth. Jessica Clemence took care of walking me through all the paperwork and Heather McIntyre (nurse) helped with the medical side of things. The care staff have been nothing short of fantastic in settling my aunt in. The kitchen staff have work to get my aunt the meals she would enjoy and housekeeping have been remarkable with her. I would recommend Avamere at Cascadia in a heartbeat 💓!!

From what we have observed, Avamere Cascadia has an excellent CNA and care caregiver staff. All the ones we’ve met seem to really care about the tenants.Tabatha Session a CNA even takes care of one lady‘s hair always making it cute. The kitchen staff with lead server Brenda are all friendly and efficient. The meals always look good. Jessica Clemence was very professional during our orientation and continues to resolve issues. Tami keeps the social life going and always decorating on the holidays. Receptionists are really helpful. The building is kept very clean.

I’ve worked with Jessica Clemence on numerous occasions in the past 6 months ~~~ she has been extremely helpful to me AND my clients / family during their somewhat difficult time of transition of leaving their home ; Jessica was very clear in what to expect, the ( wonderful ) care and amenities Cascadia offers and she was thorough and clear in explaining the levels of care and their corresponding costs. Very satisfied ~~~ Great addition to your company 🤗
