Most of staff are very pleasant and helpful. Staff in physical therapy are great! The nurses are great. Howeve some of the staff at nursing station are very rude ignoring patents standing at the desk waiting for some assistance.some staff become hostel if and when patents try to ask questions. Often no one is at nurses station for as long as 15 minutes. Building is old and falling apart. All repairs are sloppy and dangerous. They think that ducktape solves all problems, and claim to speak no English even though all employees are required to do so. House keeping is minimal at best the bathrooms are always filthy. House keeping staff often complain in Spanish, out loud, in the patians rooms about the patients not keeping the bathrooms neat and clean. Only one bedsheet for each bed. Corporate is only interested in collecting and keeping money. Patience health and well-being is of no concern. The corporations owe several places similar to this one just pass people from one place to another with ease because they can Please don't s we and your loved ones to any of the places with out being well informed.

Front desk polite but when I had to interact with some guy in mgmt JOSE what ever his name was is extremely un professional. Telling me I had to use their home health like if I don’t know it’s patients choice he is definitely getting a kick back!!!!!!. I pulled my mom out right away. Someone definitely needs to investigate him.

My brother has been admitted to several facilities in Las Vegas. Yes, my brother was a very difficult patient due to dementia and being dillusional due to dialysis. This facility stole several of my brothers belongings, and mysteriously his new flip phone was broke in half while he was at dialysis. They called me once, telling me my brother had left. I called around and found him in the hospital. The dialysis center called emt to pick him up, and took him to the hospital. They had no idea where he was! It actually happened twice!! I tried calling the owner about my concerns, and til this day he hasn't responded. I never had these issues with any other facility. They don't deserve to be in business as far as I'm concerned..

Dear Claire Miguel, I hope this message finds you in peace and radiant health. I am writing to you not merely out of courtesy, but out of deep and sincere gratitude that reaches far beyond what words alone can ever fully express. It is a rare and extraordinary gift to encounter someone whose presence brings warmth, light, and unwavering comfort into the life of another especially the ones i call family which is my grandmother that stays there and that always talks highly of you!— and that is precisely the impact you have had on my beloved grandmother. She speaks of you often, and always with a glow in her eyes and a joy in her voice that is both humbling and profoundly moving especially the calls we have time to time ,It brings an indescribable peace to my heart knowing that someone as compassionate, gentle, and dignified as you is by her side. Your name has become synonymous with kindness in our household. You have not only cared for her in a professional capacity but have uplifted her spirit in ways that reach far beyond the bounds of any duty that we weren’t able to do such sadly. Through your calm demeanor, eloquent words, and patient presence, you have given her more than care — you’ve given her companionship, reassurance, and dignity. These are the sacred things that sustain the soul. There is something deeply powerful about the quiet heroism of caregivers like you — those who move through each day with empathy as their compass and kindness as their language. You may not always see the ripple effects of what you do, but please believe me when I say YOU have left a profound and lasting imprint not just on my grandmother’s life, but on mine as well. It sends chills down my spine in the best way to witness how content and joyful she has become under your care. You are a gift. A rare gem. A person whose soul touches others simply by being present. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for the grace, patience, and authenticity you bring into my grandmother’s life. You have given our family peace of mind, and that is priceless. Please never underestimate the significance of your role in this world. What you do matters. Who you are matters. And we are endlessly grateful for you. With sincere admiration and heartfelt thanks!

My husband stays there for about 25 days and will be discharged tomorrow. I like the admission team members, They manage this facility very good, if something happens to patients, they react very quickly , entire staffs are very professional and helpful, from director of nurses, CNA, physical therapists, wound care team, housekeepers , social worker, receptionists , nurses, .... they all treat my husband with great respect and take good care of him. Doctor Le comes to see my husband every day, he gave right medications to my husband when he had infection , wound doctor Jacklyn did a great job on my husband's big wound. I thank you Torrey Pines rehab facility for hiring only best people to work here and make patients feel comfortable and not scared. .
