Choosing the right assisted living facility is a massive decision, but from the moment you walk through the doors of Alpine House, any hesitation immediately vanishes. There is an unmistakable sense of warmth and comfort that hits you right away—it doesn’t feel like a "facility"; it feels like a true home. The environment is inviting and cozy, but what really sets Alpine House apart is the people. The staff and management here don't just "do their jobs"—they truly, deeply care about every single resident. It’s clear that they view the residents as an extension of their own families. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure everyone is not only well-cared for but also happy, engaged, and respected. Whether it’s the personal attention to a resident's needs or the extra effort put into daily interactions, the dedication here is unmatched. If you are looking for a place where your loved one will be treated with genuine compassion and heart, look no further than Alpine House. It is a wonderful community that provides incredible peace of mind. My aunt has been living here for 3 years and absolutely loves it, and we have never had an issue with her care she’s received and we couldn’t ask for better!

When getting delivery, try leaving a note on the app of what door and maybe open it so the delivery person knows where to take the delivery instead of being rude.. it’s not the same person every time therefore instructions are important. I don’t mind carrying everything myself! But when you have no clue what door or where it goes and nobody was there with instructions ! I have delivered to a lot of businesses with tips, and they have all came out to help! If you treat delivery people that way, I would hate to see how you treat the residents! Smh unprofessional..

It's nice but corporate such as LaToya need to be trained in ADA rights as they bluntly violate them. I was inquiring about assisted living there. They do not like when people like me exercise rights in which they're not ADA friendly. I have a service dog and Latoya kept calling her a pet which they do not accommodate to service dogs which is violation of fair housing but they do have a stray cat that residents feed and take care of. Even though I stated I would surrender her Latoya had already turned me down from applying.i had spoke with DeDe but after I had explained to her what transpired with Latoya I was allowed to move forward with my application and to set up tour. Rachel was very nice and met some of the residents in which one wasn't happy that she had to freedom to come and go. But Latoya isn't informative about where to download application off the website and must be filled out and faxed over to corporate. Ultimately. I was turned down due to exchange I had with Latoya who violated my ADA rights and as well in fair housing. They need to be trained with sensitivity in ADA rights. Especially Latoya who denies any responsibility of her statement and actions. All because someone like me whose is informed. If they don't like informed people. Then this not a place for me. I wasted my time and money for Lyft coming out here. Corporate is very rude to people on the phone. They act like it's the taj madjhal which is not. If they're willing to step on people's rights from the get go. Then they have no respect for their residents.
