Aberdeen Crossings has been amazing to my stepmother for nearly 2 years now. Sue Beni has been there to help us since the beginning. Our family is comforted knowing Hoover is at the helm. Thank you all for showing dignity in aging!

My grandma has been living here almost a year. I will say, service has excelled since she moved in. They have been getting more hands on with the residence and even hosted their first friends and family happy hour. Remembering these are people who have loved to sing and dance, truly transformed the mood there. Miss Tina put on one great party! I cannot wait to see what else they start planning for all the residence.

After visiting several AL facilities in the area I chose Aberdeen mostly for the caring, friendly, outgoing staff that I encountered there. It does not have the flashy bells and whistles that some newer facilities have (the decor in the common areas can use a refresh) but we felt welcomed there by the staff and residents. My mom received the care that she needed and most of the staff went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable. Billal was a huge help on move in day and took care of everything we needed. A young male aide treated my mom with respect and kindness Also a shoutout to Jo who helped with laundry issues and equipment returns after my mom passed. She wasn’t there long but the friends she made really made a difference in her care
