Shame. Shame. Shame. Shame. Inefficient and uncommunicative. Staff never answers the phone when you call - horrendous. So, if you are not physically present with your loved ones while they are there - staff will never provide updates. Now, the nurse for my mom did contact me because I told them to make sure they contacted me directly with any updates. And unfortunately, I had to yell at one of the nurses to make sure she provided my mom with what she needed and since then she ensured to provide the medical care for my mom (cannot speak on the other nurses). The only positive is that Jessica did answer the phone when I called and communicated promptly with updates. Outside of Jessica, the other staff is inefficient.

I am a current patient here and so far its been a horrible experience! The staff takes hours to answer the call lights and when they do they have a bad attitude and rush out as soon as they can. I call the main phone number and no one answers! I literally called 911 so they can let my nurse know i need help. The food is terrible and literally looks rotten. I've been here for 3 days and only had my vitals taken 1 time. They run out of clean linens all the time and supplies all the time. I will be reporting this place to the Board of Nursing. This place deserves to be shut down!

Not a comfortable place. They gave me spoiled milk for breakfast, and nobody cares. The food is disgusting, I've felt sick since I got here. Was told I was being transferred here because my INR blood levels needed to be at a therapeutic level and nobody has even came to take my blood work & the nurse tells me I'm here for physical therapy to get "stronger". Stronger for what, I'm not weak, SMH. Do not recommend if you can go someplace else. THE FOOD IS HORRIBLE!! 12/2/25 Adding more to my review. My wedding ring and band were stolen out of my bathroom approximately 2 weeks ago. They say there is nothing that can be done because it wasn't added to my belongings sheet and I signed the sheet, I basically was called a liar saying there's no proof I ever had a ring. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!. I was also told more than once that the administrator AARON, has a problem with me, for what I'm unsure, but he's the one under the Abundsman, who are both denying my claim. I feel discriminated against, for whatever problem this Aaron guy has against me. And the abudsman(sp) tells me " I can transfer you to another facility" so instead of correcting what's wrong, they'd rather get rid of me ,& sweep it under the rug.

This place almost killed my mom. Avoid it at all costs. Even the paramedics that had to come transport her to the hospital said this place is the absolute worst. They are negligent and ignored her severe infections for days causing her to go into septic shock. My sister and I were begging to go back to the hospital but were told it has to be approved by their doctor and he hasn’t approved it so if we took her it would be going AMA and chance of insurance not paying. The nurse got extremely frustrated at us for begging to get the doctor in the line to transport to the hospital causing in a heated argument between she and I. They ignored my concerns of her infection spreading and causing her to become lethargic and having accidents and told me it was menopause (which she went through 20 years) and had zero symptoms of it. They kept telling us her confusion and accidents were just a uti yet kept either throwing away her urine or not putting the orders in for cultures so never even tested for it. When the paramedics questioned them they admitted it was her leg that was in fact infected. As of today we finally got our wishes to go back to the hospital because she was actively declining. Could not make a sentence, didn’t know her name, in and out of consciousness, fever of 101, oxygen at 70, pale, ect.. I am so grateful I was there otherwise no one would have ever even been in to check on her because they literally never do. I called the nurse in to remind them that antibiotics should have been started 2 hours earlier and upon trying to wake her for meds is where I seen the absolute decline and asked for the doctor to release us. Thank god our nurse today I will say was caring and actually listened to my concern and fear and reached out to get approval. I will say her and a CNA Jennifer were very very kind but the rest of this place is horrible. The complaints can go on and on but to end this, I just really really encourage you to avoid this place at all costs. It truly hurts my heart to think of those who are sent to this facility with no loved ones to advocate for them. I really wish these places would be looked into more often. It’s not fair that people have to trust them with their lives when they are absolutely not equipped for such responsibility.

avoid this place at all costs! my mother was sent here after having her leg amputated, she declined within a week of being here. the staff ignored me and my sister’s concerns about infection and wanting to be sent back to the hospital. they told us that we would have to sign a paper of AMA. they kept telling us it was a uti but continuously either threw away or never sent off her urine to be tested for that said uti. her mental state started to decline rapidly and when we brought that to their attention they told us it was the uti , we had to call 911 yesterday because her vitals were dangerously low and she couldn’t make out a sentence or know who she was or where she was. when the paramedics arrived they asked the staff how long she’s been like this staff said just today when it has been 4 days! and the staff told paramedics it was an infection in the stump which they kept telling me and my family that it wasn’t. my mother is in the hospital now being treated for sepsis because this place was completely negligent and ignored all signs and all of our concerns! do not let your family member go here they do not care about people at all! literally zero empathy or compassion. out of the week we were there there was only one staff member that was amazing a cna named jennifer everyone else doesn’t care at all.
