Zionsville Meadows

Absolutely awful! Send ypu loved one elsewhere. We saw a rapid decline in our loved one taken here. Filthy is an understatement. From the main lobby with overbearing smell of mold to the insane urine smell within residents. Staff will take up to two hours to assist a resident whom pushes nurse button to change a soiled undergarment. Basically they put you in a nasty room and leave you with bare minimal care. Staff is not attentive and not caring. Case worker could care less with her phony so called friendly behavior! Please reconsider this place, look elsewhere! If you tour, go further to the back of the halls and you will understand this review, not the up front area. Zionsville Meadows you should be investigated for your practices, how dare you allow helpless seniors whom need help to be treated this way. And don't bother with your BS apologies or pretend to want to reach out and seem surprised of a review like this. You know exactly what you allow to go on there!! No way your 5 star reviews are legit.

I was here from 2023 till early 2026 due to stroke I really liked Linda Bola and Teresa they all were very caring and did a very good job

The staff were very pleasant. I enjoyed the activates some of the food could have been better.

I have made many friends since I've been here, and enjoy being with them at any time. The care continues to improve. Which makes me feel safer and at ease of talking about my needs. The staff we have now are extremely friendly and caring. Laughing, talking and trying to do activities are amazingly encouraged. A day doesn't go by that I thank God for His Grace and mercy, and allow me to live here at the Meadows.
