I recently toured this place, I was surprised to see such a fair rates for services. Very homie and welcoming place.

This is a lie. They do not provide proper care at all. Multiple times I came to visit and my grandmother, she smelled of urine. One time she was so soaked, I had to personally bath her myself. The care giver lacked a lot of knowledge in her job. Please don't place your loved one here. It's not worth it at all.
