Homeless people on the tables and the laundry even during office hours & nothing is done about it.

Rent it pricy, maintenance goes into bedrooms when they shouldn't, a few times never completing the entire job in my experience, several things in the apartment are cheaply made, and when said cheaply made things needed to be fixed it causes a lot! Not to mention VERY CERTAIN neighbors are inconsiderate, when a complaint is made, nothing has been done so far. (Currently dealing with neighbors who constantly thump against the walls loudly to the point the walls shake every day for MONTHS) Water sprinklers have been broken or flat out destroyed and hasn’t been fixed as of yet! However, when things are done, it is usually quick, which I highly appreciate! I just wish for some improvements.

Great location, great value, excellent maintenance. I just moved in and had a couple things to fix from the renovation. Jim, the maintenance person, came the SAME DAY I put in my list for service requests. He fixed some things and had to order parts for some. Then he left me a note telling me what he'd done and what still needed fixing, and when he was coming back. That's just above and beyond. Count me as a very satisfied new resident. Oh and the kitchen renovation is a great layout with some really nice stone countertops and new cabinets. It really makes the place! -Wayne

The staff members are kind and communicative, but many of the offered amenities aren’t upheld. Moved into a dirty apartment with multiple things broken. The gym has very few machines and very small. The laundry facility machines rarely work, never the dryers, when fixed they are broken by the next week. As a result, many residents air dry our clothes by our apartments.
