To the staff,when a removal company comes in to transport a deceased they need to have their portion of the paperwork prefilled out and have “us” sign before leaving with the deceased. “We” really don’t need to be stoped in the hallways with a gurney filling out not just our part but yours as well. Have a nice day.

One extra star for the caregivers. Otherwise what a frustrating experience. Still waiting, 3.5 months later, for an overdue refund after our mother's passing. The general manager, John, and the mystery accounting person will completely blow you off, ignoring your calls and emails. Always the usual, "I'll get right back to you..." I'm still waiting.

What a wonderful place. Clean and bright. Rooms were spacious. They have daily activities including arts and crafts and Bingo. They have several outings each month. They supply transportation to and from appointments. Windsong has a wonderful library and a beautiful dining room with a menu of high quality meals. They also have an all day menu that you could order anytime. No need to go out and have your hair done. There is a beauty salon in Windsong. Their staff is honest, caring, and very professional. Most of the staff have been working there for many years. I read an earlier review that gave Windsong 1 star because she didn't get hired. Maybe she didn't meet the high standards that they require of their staff.

Windsong of Sonoma is a very caring facility. Their staff is most pleasant and willing to go the mile for the people who live there. It is very fun and uplifting they have so many programs going keeping my mother active thank you WindSong.

My dad is being very well cared for in this clean, safe and welcoming community. Each and every staff member I have encountered is warm, inviting and truly invested in the people they support. Their attention to helping my father transition has been exemplary. I am enjoying getting to know the whole Windsong family and look forward to many more visits. Please accept my deepest appreciation!!!
