I visit my aunt unannounced, and I can honestly say the care she receives is excellent. I’ve been to many other places for church events, and Windsong truly stands out as the best. She’s always clean and well cared for, and the staff show her genuine love. We’re so grateful to have found a place that cares for her the way we do

Thank you so much for sharing your kind words. We’re delighted to hear that you had such a positive impression of our community. Our caregivers work hard to create a supportive, engaging environment, and it means a great deal to know that their training and dedication are reflected in the experiences of our residents. We’re especially glad you highlighted the activities and outings. Our Montessori-based approach is all about giving residents opportunities to stay active, connected, and purposeful—whether that’s through community trips, spiritual gatherings, bingo nights, or our monthly social events. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. Karla and the Windsong Team

I came to write this review after losing my mom, and after seeing some of the negative comments here, I felt compelled to share our very different experience. My mother was a resident for a few years, and when her health declined, the staff showed up for her in every way that mattered. They took exceptional care of her, not just medically, but personally. She was treated with love, warmth, and dignity all the way through end of life. We never once wished she were anywhere else. Management checked in regularly, and every staff member made us feel like Mom was truly known and cared for. They became like family to her, and to us. No place is perfect, and I understand that people’s experiences vary. But these caregivers carry an enormous weight every single day, and they do it with grace. That deserves to be recognized. We are so grateful.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share this beautiful reflection on your mother’s experience. Your words mean more than we can express. We know how difficult it is to revisit these moments after a loss, and we are deeply grateful that you chose to share your family’s story. It was truly an honor to care for your mom. Our team remembers her fondly, and knowing that she felt loved, respected, and supported—especially through the most vulnerable stages of her journey—means everything to us. Your acknowledgment of the compassion and dedication our caregivers bring to their work each day is incredibly meaningful. They carry these responsibilities with full hearts, and your recognition affirms why they do what they do. We also appreciate your understanding that every family’s experience is unique. Your perspective helps paint a fuller picture of the community we strive to create—one built on dignity, connection, and genuine care. Thank you again for your trust, your kindness, and for allowing us to be part of your mother’s life. We hold your family in our thoughts. Best, Karla and the Windsong Team

Avoid, avoid, avoid. Worst experience ever, avoid this place. They caused my mother to fall and break her hip, then threatened to charge her without being able to help her during recovery. There are many better options out there.
