If I could give NO stars I would for the assisted living, memory care, etc area... My father was in end of life during his brief stay here. We moved him to somewhere so much better. This place is by far horrible. DO NOT under any circumstances trust this place with your loved ones life. There is NO silver lining here. Unorganized. Short-staffed. Rude care workers. Not all, definitely most of them. When reading the reviews be sure to differentiate between the senior living and the assisted living.

This is the absolutely worst choice! They do not include actual dining room use. My mom had to navigate her wheelchair to pick up her food and then try to balance the foam container while she tried to get back to her apt. Her apt flooded and destroyed her furniture. The washer/dryer in her room never dried her clothes. When I moved her out I was owed $200. 00. Instead of paying it they just decided to ignore it. There were bugs in her apt. The bathroom sink leaked underneath and ruined her healthcare items. She became a hospice patient in their inpatient senior nursing facility and was ignored a large part of her day. She developed wounds on her bottom from lack of proper care. So many things wrong. Save yourself a dozen headaches,and choose another place for your loved one.

Well they caregivers make $14.00 hr and pass medication that is ridiculous and diabolical no way 🙄

Today I did a tour at Windermere Park me and my son they said I would be staying on the sixth floor. The room is very small refrigerator is very small. They wanted a $2000 community fee and they said it will cost me $1800 a month. Those are separate fees. I don’t think this would be accommodating, especially the room too small everything in this room on the sixth floor is too small.

Melissa nurse was a very wonderful and kind nurse that took care of me well I appreciate and loved her and the others on the 5 floor and nurse aid aide that was like a daughter to me and took care of me very well and very sweet young lady and some of the others too
