I could not be more grateful for Wimbledon, Joy, Joe, and all the ladies that care for my Nana here. She has been at Wimbledon about a year and a half now and it’s truly the best situation I could think of, she gets the best personalized care for even the little things that aren’t their responsibility but they always go the extra mile for her and I just know she’s so loved there and can receive such great attention as there’s only about 6 residents at a time. The ladies are so attentive and nice, and I know even living states away that she has all the best eyes on her to make sure health, happiness, and safety are all more than exceeded. This is my Nana’s third assisted living home, as she’s needed more and more care over the years, and I’m so grateful to know she can be here as long as she needs. I couldn’t recommend more!

Dear Lindsay, Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a heartfelt and beautiful review! Your kind words truly mean the world to all of us here at Wimbledon Walnut Creek Care Home. It is our absolute honor to care for your Nana, and we are so touched to know that she feels loved, safe, and happy here. Our entire team pour their hearts into every resident, and hearing that it makes a difference — especially for a family member living states away — is the greatest reward we could ask for. We take great pride in the personalized, attentive care we provide, and your Nana is a true joy to have in our home. Thank you again, Lindsay, for trusting us with someone so precious to you. We are so grateful to have your Nana as part of our Wimbledon family, and we look forward to continuing to be there for her for as long as she needs. Joy and her staff took excellent care of my wife. They made my wife feel comfortable during the 14 months that my wife was at Wimbledon. Joy also took the time to help me understand the Hospice process as well as how to how to take care of myself during this difficult and challenging period. I'm forever thankful to Joy and her staff for their commitment and care.

Thank you so much, Ernie for taking the time to share these deeply moving words — they mean more to us than we can express. It was a true privilege and an honor to care for your wife during her time with us at Wimbledon. She was a wonderful soul, and every member of our team cherished the time we spent with her. Knowing that she felt comfortable and loved throughout those 14 months is everything to us. We also want you to know that caring for you — as her devoted husband — was equally important to us. Walking alongside a family through the hospice journey is one of the most sacred responsibilities we carry, and we are so glad that you never had to walk it alone. Thank you for trusting us with your wife and with your family during such a profound and tender time. You will always hold a special place in our hearts. With deep gratitude and warmth, Joy & the Wimbledon Walnut Creek Care Home Family

I moved my 93-year-old mom into Wimbledon after she was at a large memory care facility across town. She was not receiving much attention there and they could not care well for her as she had gained a significant amount of weight while there. I had been nervous about private homes for care and was nervous about this move. I had absolutely no reason to be worried. My mom is receiving the best care she has had since being diagnosed with dementia. The owners, Joy and Joe, as well as their staff, are wonderful! My mom has lost the extra pounds now that she is eating healthier, and they are exercising with her so that she isn't always dependant on a wheelchair. She is walking now using a walker, although with assistance. Both the physical therapist and my mom's doctor mentioned to me that my mom was happier, more lively, more talkative and overall healthier than previous. I cannot recommend Joy and her team highly enough. Dementia is a terrible disease but the people at Wimbledon Care home have made what was a depressing situation easier for all of us!

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience — this truly means the world to our entire team at Wimbledon Walnut Creek Care Home. It is such a privilege to care for your mom, and reading that she is walking with her walker, eating well, losing the extra weight, and that her doctor and physical therapist are seeing her happier and more lively — that is exactly what we work toward every single day. Moments like these remind us why we do what we do. We know how difficult the decision to move a loved one can be, especially after a previous experience that left you worried. We are so glad your mom is thriving, and we are honored that she — and your family — trusted us with her care. We are grateful for your kind words. Please never hesitate to reach out if there is ever anything more we can do. We cherish your mom and are so proud of how far she has come! 🌿 — The Wimbledon Walnut Creek Care Home Family

My father became a resident in November last year. Joy and the team have done fantastic job of helping my him live his final stages with great care and dignity. Highly recommend for a family of a loved one that is in need of home care.

My father was in the care of Nucharee at her facility in Nevada for four years. I was living on the east coast at the time when his health deteriorated to the point of requiring around-the-clock care. I must have visited at least a dozen care homes in the area, but I was immediately impressed upon visiting Nucharee’s facility and hearing her philosophy on care and holistic approach that addresses both physical and mental well-being. Nucharee and her staff go to exceptional lengths to create such a wonderful and nurturing family environment for their residents. They do such a great job in developing a customized approach for each resident's care that keeps them engaged with the other residents/group activities and motivated to continue with their physical therapy. Having dealt with my father's health issues over the past few years, I got to know several of the health care providers, nurses, social workers, case workers in the area; and I can’t tell you how many times they acknowledged already knowing about Nucharee’s wonderful reputation! Sadly, my father passed away in 2021 at 92. I consider myself extremely fortunate to have found Nucharee. My father was so very happy at the time of his life when it meant the most. He couldn't have been in better hands! I encourage anyone looking for a care home for their loved ones to visit Nucharee to see the difference!

Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a beautifully written and deeply personal tribute — we are truly moved by your words. It was the greatest privilege to care for your father for those four years, and to walk alongside your family through every stage of his journey — including those most tender final ones. Knowing that he was happy, engaged, and surrounded by warmth and love during the chapter of life when it mattered most is everything to us. We are also so grateful that you trusted us from across the country, making that leap of faith when your father needed around-the-clock care. That trust was never lost on us, and it drove us every single day to give your father the very best of ourselves. Hearing that so many healthcare professionals, nurses, social workers, and case workers in the area already knew of our work is humbling beyond words. We have always believed that doing right by our residents speaks for itself — and it means the world to know that it does. Your father was a joy and a blessing to our home. We think of him fondly and are honored to have been part of his life. May his memory always bring you comfort and peace.
