Willows (the)

My brother loves life at the Willows; the facility is clean and beautiful, with country views and wildlife to entertain. He is a big fan of the food and is greeted with kindness at every meal. The staff is skilled and compassionate and they provide good care for him. In my life, I’ve had experience with four different facilities and this one, by far, would be my first choice!

This establishment used to be somewhere you could feel satisfied your loved one was being well taken care of. My loved one was a resident for several years, private paying his room and board, spending well over several hundred thousand dollars. They always made me feeling comforted in knowing his was being well taken care of. Since new ownership/management all of what made that place great, the staff have all moved on. My loved one was removed from his private room to a roommate situation without notifying me and I am his legal Guardian. Not even having a bed available to him, and he was sleeping in the common area. After spending all of his assets down, he was accepted to receive state assistance, and they issued a 30 day notice to vacate. He also was treated for salmonella from improper food handling in May 2026. Do yourself a favor, and look somewhere else.

Staffing and the quality of care at The Willows is wonderful! The staff is always friendly and caring to the residents and visitors - The aides treat residents with compassion and a smile! The facility is modern, clean, and very well maintained! I have dealt with 2 other facilities for my sister, and there is no comparison - The Willows is top notch!!!

My mother was recently put there by my other siblings. I travel a distance to see her. It has a very nice large entrance inside. My mothers room was clean and fresh. She said she was comfortable & the staff was good to her.
