We have had repeated issues with this facility. Our mother was staying here as a long term resident we found out for two days she was transferred to a hospital for chest pain and NOBODY contacted us. We found out she was transferred out when the HOSPITAL CALLED US to request permission to run cardiac testing. Do not put your loved ones here!
