Lindsey, Heidi, and the entire staff have provided care that goes far beyond expectations. Their compassion, patience, and genuine kindness show in everything they do. They don’t just care for residents—they truly know them, respect them, and treat them like family. Dementia care takes a special level of understanding, and this team meets my dad exactly where he is each day. Whether it’s a moment of confusion or a good day filled with connection, they handle it with grace, dignity, and so much heart. They also keep our family informed and supported, which means more than we can express. Their partnership with St Croix and Pathways has also been amazing. Knowing my dad is safe, comfortable, and surrounded by people who truly care gives us an incredible sense of peace. We are so deeply grateful for Lindsey, Heidi, and every member of the team at Whispering Willows. We couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Wonderful l, clean facility with a fantastic staff! The activities they do with the residents are fun and engaging and seeing the smiles on their faces really reflects that. The staff genuinely care about the residents.
