They did an amazing job of caring for my father during the last years of his life. It’s clean and reasonably priced. Very conscientious staff and owner.

Whispering Pines was a blessing to our family and readily available when we needed it most. Troy and his wife have dedicated their lives to care for others and you experience that when you are there. They work to service your personal needs and the environment is very peaceful.

I cannot say enough good things about the staff and owner at Whispering Pines. My mother was on hospice for the 5 months that she was a resident there, until her passing. They are kind and compassionate and friendly and helpful. They helped her acclimate to her new surroundings and were so patient with her. They made her room feel like home. But whenever we came to visit she was never just stuck in her room. She would be in the living room, relaxing in a recliner, settled in the dining room. She was always able to interact with the others. My mom suffered from stage 4 lung cancer, Alzheimer's, and diabetes and they always treated her with compassion and respect. Thank you so much Troy and the rest of the staff for helping our family care for our mom.

My mom is currently a resident at Whispering Pines. She has severe dementia, lung cancer, diabetes and the list goes on. The Whispering Pines staff has been amazing. They really do treat her and my family like their own family. Troy and the rest of the staff has helped me and the rest of the family so much. But most of all I know my mom is SAFE and comfortable. Also the facility has a “home type” atmosphere. We never feel like we are walking into a hospital. We feel more like we are walking into mom’s house.

My husband was at Whispering Pines, his home away from home, for the 5 1/2 years before he passed away. I can’t say enough good things about the management and staff. They treat each resident like family. My husband was mobile so he was able to walk the premises and sit outside and enjoy watching the wildlife. They take the utmost care in the residents well being and physical appearance. The same can be said about the facilities. They always celebrated holidays with decorations, festive food and joy! And my husband thoroughly enjoyed the daily homemade meals. It was comforting to know that he was content and so well taken care during his stay at Whispering Pines.
