They do not deliver the level of services you pay for & think your loved ones will receive. Overpriced. Clearly the staff are not well treated and this carries over into patient care. Don’t let your loved ones end up there. There are far better choices if you want quality care. Do your homework before getting involved with this place. Although I am not a "primary contact", I am a direct family member. You can see the level of their dismissiveness by their response to my review. Perfect example.Check out other review sources (Glassdoor & US News Health & many others). You'll see a pattern.

Horrific! My Aunt suffered tremendously and Westminster Oaks refuses to accept responsibility! I've already discussed it with you. You did nothing to resolve the issue.

There are not enough words to express my appreciation to Rhonda Miller and her staff. The quality of care they gave my PawPaw was exceptional even on the days where he was stubborn. My family was treated with respect, with compassion and with the willingness to help him and my family's needs was amazing. Thank you - for taking such good care of my PawPaw. Y'all are the true heros of Healthcare.
