My mother was at WestHaven for 6 1/2 years and they took excellent care of her. At first we thought she might fight being there but she fit right in. She loved them and they loved her. Gloria Azevedo

WestHaven is a remarkable facility gifted with incredible staff. It is always clean and cheerful in appearance. It's staff is hardworking, thoughtful, loving, compassionate, patient, kind, well-trained and knowledgable. While my Mom was living there we easily communicated with med-techs and caregivers and felt understood and well-informed. I especially loved getting to know the staff and felt as though they were extended family and that we worked together as a family to give mom the best possible care. We treasure the relationships we made there and the memories of her time at WestHaven.

Westhaven has been a godsend for my family and aunt who has thrived there for the last several years. The level of communication, resources and assistance Westhaven provides to the family is remarkable. More importantly auntie loves the food, activities, friendships and constant attention. I cannot imagine a staff of more caring and loving individuals. Their professionalism and kindness exceeds all expectations. Thank you Aaron for sitting with my aunt at the hospital until we could get there. This is the easiest 5-star review I have ever given.

My father died in June at this facility, and suffered for days being thirsty, and kicking like a dying dog to get away from his pain. I was told not to give him water and that staff would minimize his pain and suffering, but every day I visited him at different times, he was in great pain, moaning and continued this leg movement to get away from the pain. I was on emergency contact to call and it has been 5 months and they have still not contacted me to tell me of father's death. I would consider death worth an emergency call! I was notified by Neptune Society that my father had passed on.
