One of my long-time friends has moved in and I'm listening to the stories. Each time I listen, my heart gets stronger and my desire to achieve a lofty longevity goal comes in clear focus; celebrating being a Centenarian. I know what stress feels like and I would love to live a stress-free live in this Senior Community

All of the staff in the dementia ward was amazing to my mother when she needed it the most. It's a beautiful area also, lovely outside area across the pond for our loved ones to sit. I totally recommend.

My mother was a resident at WSL from May 2023 until the end of her life in September 2025. Our experience from our first call and visit throughout her time at WSL was exceptional. It is a special place staffed with a Team of professionals who treat the residents and each other with the utmost of dignity, care, love and respect. The facility is beautiful, immaculate, warm and welcoming. The medical, nursing and resident care teams are the best of the best, incredible communicators, patient, and always went above and beyond to meet my mother where she was at. They provided her with the level of care she needed, which changed significantly and quickly during her time. Every person at every level at WSL touched my Mom's life - and our family's life - and enriched and prolonged the quality of her days and the remainder of her life.

I recently visited this facility and observed conditions that gave me serious concerns. Training appeared rushed and disorganized, with staff expected to work independently very quickly. When questions were asked, the pace and dismissive approach made it difficult to learn properly. At one point, a trainer even suggested guessing whether a resident was clean instead of following proper procedures, which seemed unsafe and unsanitary. The facility also appeared severely understaffed, with poor client-to-staff ratios that could affect quality of care. I also noticed very little diversity among staff and residents, which made the environment feel rigid and unwelcoming. Based on what I saw, I would be very cautious about trusting this facility with the care of a loved one.

My mother-in-law was at Wentworth for several years. I have nothing but praise for the facility and the staff. I never witnessed a negative interaction between residents or staff, who were cheerful, attentive, and flexible, even during Covid. The place was immaculate, and the staff went out of their way to make the residents comfortable. Nobody relishes the idea of having to reside in assisted living, but if its necessary, the Wentworth is a solid choice.
