Horrid treatment of my grandma. Pulled her out as soon as I could. They force all residents to wake up at 4 am to shower, get dressed, and then go back to bed. Blood draws at 10:30 pm when residents are attempting sleep. Residents screaming for help and the staff laughing at their desk saying "we know". Showed up at 10:00pm to check on my grandma and she was sitting in a soaking wet depends. I changed her, as no adult deserves to sleep in soaking wet bottoms.. She was told she can "do it herself" when putting the mat on the bed. After I left that night, they scolded my grandma for vomiting in the trash can instead of her puke bucket. My grandma has final stage congestive heart failure, and she was vomiting due to her lungs filling with fluid, which the nurses failed to be educated on at all. Highly recommend monitoring your loved ones in this place if they are staying there. Rehab managers excuse was the nurses being overworked and underpaid. Don't expect the staff to treat your loved ones like their own. Hopefully they get a handle on their treatment. We trust our loved ones with these people.

Poor communication with community. Poor Infection Control protocol. Covid passed from room to room throughout rehab unit. Empty hand sanitizer. stations. Rehab therapy stations not disinfected between patients. Nobody answers a phone or returns calls timely. There are a handful of nice folks trying, thankful for them. Do not recommend.

They went above and beyond taking care of my grandma! I live out of state and it was amazing having peace of mind with her being there. The staff is so caring and friendly. My grandma always raved about the food!
