⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Waterstone on Augusta has truly reached a new level of excellence, and much of that is thanks to Lisa Risener, RN, the Director of Nursing. Since she stepped into the role, the difference has been remarkable. Lisa is exactly the kind of professional anyone would hope to have overseeing the care of their spouse, parents, or even themselves. Her attention to detail, depth of nursing experience, genuine compassion, and clear, consistent communication set her apart in every way. It’s rare to find someone in a leadership position who combines clinical expertise with such a personal, hands-on approach—but Lisa does it effortlessly. In my opinion, her level of dedication and professionalism is unmatched by any other facility executive in the area. If you’re looking for a place where leadership truly cares and it shows in the quality of care, Waterstone on Augusta is it.
