Watermark Laguna Niguel

I recently had the opportunity to tour this community and was very impressed. The community is beautiful, clean, and modern, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Everyone I met was friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The care team was engaged with the residents, and it was clear they genuinely care about providing quality care and creating a positive environment. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend taking a tour if you’re considering senior living.

I had been visiting my 84 year old cousin in Santa Rosa who was increasing in dementia and her 93 year old husband who was still sharp as a tack but was concerned about his wife’s care in case he passed away first. He asked me to look for memory care facilities in my area in case my cousin might need to live near me. I toured Watermark in my town, Laguna Niguel, and had a woman show me around all of the different areas of the facility. She then sat with me in her office with a brochure outlining the type of care my cousin could expect to receive at Watermark. The variety of options was remarkable and the various people I encountered, both staff and inpatients, were wonderful. I received detailed information and an application that I could provide to my cousin’s husband. Since that time I have been invited to a number of visits for meals AND an art exhibit as well as educational gatherings on memory issues. I invited my 92 year old friend to all events and we have enjoyed everything!

Always enjoy visiting Watermark and their fantastic team. Their facility is beautiful and I know that their community is very well taken care of!
