Love this place and so does my father. The entertainment there for all the residents is amazing Tony the guy in charge does a great job. This was surprising to me. I was not expecting that level of commitment out of a community like that. I hope that one day my children send me here and I hope that Toni is still there upon my arrival

My mom moved in to this facility in April 2025. She lives on the assisted living side and I couldn’t be happier with her choice. My sisters and I are very active visiting and staying current on what’s going on there. No place is perfect but I am consistently amazed at the personal service, respect and care that my mother is treated with. I’d love to give a shout out to all the caregivers, med techs, Concierge, servers and other staff that I interact with regularly. And a special thank you to Tony the Director of Activities and his staff that work so hard to create engaging activities all day every day to keep people active and stimulated (and entertained!!!).

My dad recently moved into the memory care facility, and the staff support from the team at Cogir has been stellar so far. The director keeps in touch with my sister and myself and lets us know how his adjustment process is going. This isn't an easy move in general, but everyone we've talked to or dealt with have been nothing but first class. Thank you specifically to Eric, Leslie, Amy and Lisa.

The memory care unit is such a warm friendly environment. My MIL loves the staff and they could not be more caring. They treat her like their own mother.

My mother recently moved in to assisted living here. All I can say is, Wow! The staff are completely amazing in every way. They are making this transition so much easier than I would have ever imagined. On top of this, the residents have all been so welcoming and kind to my mother. They really seem happy here. I love going to visit and having meals there with her and talking with the others. It already feels like home. Food is very good, the building and grounds are immaculate, and the caregivers and housekeepers are all wonderful. Love all three amazing concierge ladies at front desk - Mary Lee, Cheri, and Gabby - who make me smile every time I pass by. And the team that helped get us in the door - Leslie, Patty, Tony, and Monica - they have really helped me and my mom out during this crazy period of adjustment. Can't wait for my mom to really settle in and start regularly enjoying the numerous activities and amenities. There is so much to experience there. My best advice to anyone who is helping a loved one transition to assisted living is to accept that this can be a very overwhelming process and know that it's completely fine to ask any and all questions that come to mind. There are so many pieces to the puzzle. The people at Watermark really do care and will help you with each facet of the unknown. I am beyond lucky to have found this comfortable and supportive community for my mother, and I look forward to all of the good times to come.
