Hallway carpet has stains that have been there for months Repeated bud bug infestations Inside of elevators dirty and scarred Extraordinarily poor food choices and prep for residents

This illustrious and royal complex is exquisite and immensely functional!! The amenities are “FIRST CLASS”!! When you become a resident you IMMEDIATELY experience life in the “Winner’s Circle”! Cecilia Williamson and Ashley Brown are EXTREMELY SKILLED,THOUGHTFUL, KIND, FRIENDLY, RESPONSIVE, RESPECTABLE, PATIENT, and make you feel like family. They both take their roles seriously and constantly/consistently go above and beyond what’s required to ensure that the residents as well as their families are fully engaged and equipped from touring the complex to the application process to moving in. I was a fortune 100 corporate executive in excess of 40 years and have yet to witness integrity, tenacity, and honesty on their level. In a word, Cecilia, Ashley, and the establishment are EPIC! BRAVO! 👏🏽 My family member will experience unfathomable joy as a resident. I am also a Pastor and I know when God’s Hand and Anointing are on an establishment, and without a doubt God has smiled on Waterford Estates of Hazel Crest, Illinois! God Bless!!

I have been in the building many times over the last few years, and pleased to report that the new management under ED Ava is taking the right steps to make the building warm and welcoming for seniors and families. I see the staff and residents seem happy, and everyone is helpful, including the front desk staff, Laneye.
