Toured The Waterford to gather information about their services. Sara was very informative and answered all our questions and then gave us a tour of facilities and an apartment. Their organization is impressive as to how they meet the needs of residents so they can age in place. Will consider this place when we’re ready to make a decision.

We have been really impressed with the Waterford and their staff. Our father has been there a few months in an Independent Living apartment and when he suddenly needed to switch to a higher level of (Assisted) care the staff was able to get that set up within 24 hours. We are so grateful that our father was already living in such a good situation when these needs arose.

Staff is amazing and food is better than most restaurants. I was worried that my mom would complain about food like all my friends who have parents in other facilities. I was so wrong. I’ve eaten there and food is amazing and fresh. Everyone cares and they even call from their own cell phones when my mom’s phone wasn’t working….. just so I wouldn’t worry about her. So so glad she’s at the Waterford!

The staff here is caring and compassionate. Apartments are spacious and nicely finished. Food is great. Nice library, craft room and theater to enjoy activities. Independent and assisted living combination is exactly what we needed. Happy my parents made this transition. We know they are well care for here.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. My grandmother has sat in a full diaper for over 2 hours. BLISTERS BEGAN ON HER, that's how long she sat in the diaper before getting changed. This establishment NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. The food trays haven't been picked up since yesterday. They don't even have time to open her blinds in the morning. Thousands spent here at assisted living, where they're DOING ANYTHING BUT ASSIST HER TO LIVE. Staff is rude and lazy. If you love your kin NEVER SEND THEM HERE.
