Walnut Creek has been AMAZING to my family friend. The environment, food, and care are top notch. Their memory care is unlike anywhere else around. We were thankful to find a good fit.

We only had my dad at Walnut creek for a little over a month because he was so unhappy with the quality of food, care, and "enrichment" programs available. We voiced our concerns and they were largely addressed, but on his last day a CNA took his hearing aid and put it in her pocket, and it was gone. The nursing home admits they were at fault, but they have declined to replace it. It's a $3000 hearing aid. I would not recommend bringing your loved one here, but if you do I'd really recommend that you never trust the CNAs.
