Vintage on the Ponds is a 70-bed, licensed Community-Based Residential Facility (CBRF) family-owned and operated since 1993, nestled on 116 acres in Delavan, Wisconsin. The facility offers assisted living, memory care, respite care, hospice, and palliative care services with 24-hour nursing supervision in private rooms overlooking peaceful ponds and woodlands.

My mom lived here for at least 10 years and received excellent care, even through the pandemic. She enjoyed the food, the activities, large print books in the library, Scrabble games and watching the finches in the lobbby. This is an old-fashioned place that, while a little musty, for her felt like home. Thank you to the staff for your care and attention.

The people that answer the phone and work in the business office have no type of professionalism. I called twice and was hung up on mid sentence. Considering the type of community this is, I sure do hope the other staff aren’t as rude and unprofessional.
