I'm writing this special review for the manager at Villa Serena. The care and attention to my mother-in-law were excellent at Villa Serena 1. The women are caring and patient. But like everything in this country, they see everything as a business and lose the human aspect. My mother-in-law was there for six months and died in August 2018, and the managers didn't have the courtesy to call to offer condolences, a letter, or anything to cancel their client. When you go to admit your relative, they call you, answer, and send the contract. When you die, they don't even say BYE BYE. I hope Roxanna reads this and becomes a better saleswoman. That's after-sales, ma'am. Not everything is about collecting and making money. There are details in life that make the difference. Especially when she works with people who are already going to heaven or hell. ??? DTB
