Residents are clean, happy and that alone is obvious! Friendly, personable staff. Beautiful gardens with wheelchair accessible path to stroll! Just lovely!

Such special care is given at Vienna Village. We couldn't be more pleased with the care that my father receives daily. We are blessed to have such good care and good communication from the staff.

There are people working here that have no business working there. Yes they are fancy and yes they " make things appear better than they actually are.". If people knew what I do they would be checking on their family more often

I am so sorry if your work experience here was not up to your expectations. You should be aware however, that while you may have felt overwhelmed by the work load, Vienna Village staffs 3-4 times more employees than ANY other Assisted Living in our area. For instance, on 1st shift, other ALFs staff 1 caregiver for 15-20 residents, but we staff 1 to FIVE. Our goal is always to provide the very best care for every resident and our average staff tenure is over six years.
