Victory Assisted Living

Mrs. Barbara Johnson is very rude over the phone. I can only hope that her residents are treated better than the service she provides on the phone. Never in my life have I been so frustrated with someone on the phone. I hope I never have to speak with her again for any reason. I would definitely rather work with someone who would be willing to assist further instead of someone who makes up stories that aren't true.
